It’s a fact; women have a much more difficult time achieving orgasm than men, and because of this, are less likely to feel stimulated when it comes to sex. There are a number of methods that can help women achieve an orgasm more often with their partner, and with a willing partner, it’s possible for all women to have a satisfying sexual experience. There are two primary methods for a woman to achieve an orgasm; stimulation of the clitoris, and stimulation of the female G-spot. Clitoral stimulation tends to be a simpler method for men because the sensitive nerve tissue on the hood of the clitoris can be stimulated prior to vaginal intercourse. One successful method for women to have an orgasm is to have their partner lick or rub the clitoris to achieve an orgasm prior to intercourse.
There are numerous other methods that can heighten sexual experience without stimulation, for example, intimacy and foreplay have been proven to make the sex that follows more satisfying for both parties.
